Everbloom flowers website is owned by Everbloom, we aim to ensure that your orders reach you safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your items.

1. Shipping Coverage

Everbloom currently ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • During high-order periods (festive seasons, sales, launches), dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 business days after dispatch

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances we will try our best to deliver the product at the fastest time possible

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of promotions or minimum order value offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number on our courier partner’s tracking page to follow your shipment.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your package arrives damaged or items appear to be missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
    We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
